1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and xx399 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all aspects of your use of the xx399 website, services, games, and promotional materials accessible at xx399.io and any associated subdomains or applications.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any other persons who access or use any part of the xx399 platform. By continuing to use xx399 after any revision to these Terms, you affirm your acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail in all circumstances.

2Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of the xx399 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. xx399 enforces a strict 21+ policy and does not permit use of the platform by minors under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual for personal recreational purposes, and not on behalf of any corporate entity or third party.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from the xx399 platform under the self-exclusion programme or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.

xx399 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a material change in account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority.

3Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the xx399 platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered account on the xx399 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device identifier, the same IP address, the same mobile number, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. xx399 employs automated detection systems to identify multi-accounting behaviour.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, xx399 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation. Members found to have deliberately created multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse may have their balances forfeited entirely.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xx399 username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) delivered to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. xx399 will never ask you to provide your full password via email, live chat, or telephone.

You agree to notify xx399 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. xx399 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your account credentials.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your xx399 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal verification process. Accounts with open bets at the time of the closure request will have those bets settled before the closure is finalised.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

xx399 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ৳500.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the member's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the source.
• xx399 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to the xx399 wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds from the payment provider. Most bKash, Nagad, and Rocket deposits are reflected within thirty seconds.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification.
• xx399 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds that originated from a bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirement in full before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• xx399 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of responsible gaming checks, anti-fraud review, or identity verification procedures.

5Bonuses and Promotions

xx399 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with this document.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from the account automatically without compensation.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — toward meeting bonus wagering requirements. The contribution rates for each game category are detailed in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may hold only one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Opting in to a second bonus while an active bonus remains unused will result in forfeiture of the first bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: xx399 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably determines that the bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, coordinated abuse, or in breach of the fair use policy.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the xx399 platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting terms applicable to the relevant product — including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), live casino (baccarat, roulette, Dragon Tiger, blackjack), slots, and crash games (Aviator, Midas Fortune).

• Bets are final once confirmed. xx399 does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been successfully placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, xx399 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the member's wallet.
• Odds and payout rates displayed on the platform are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds at the moment of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• xx399 reserves the right to void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome was influenced by insider information, match manipulation, or any other form of fraud.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published on the platform.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xx399 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or circumvent any security feature, payment processing system, or game mechanic on the platform.
• Using funds derived from illegal activities to deposit on the platform — xx399 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) controls and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing xx399 staff or other members via any communication channel.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the xx399 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, game assets, audio clips, and software — is the property of xx399 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The xx399 brand name, logo, and associated trade marks may not be used without the prior written consent of xx399.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the xx399 platform.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xx399 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other intangible losses.

xx399 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, third-party service outages, and force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, and telecommunications failures) may temporarily affect platform availability. xx399 will not be held liable for losses incurred during such periods.

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. By using the xx399 platform, you acknowledge that you may lose the entirety of any funds you deposit and that xx399 does not guarantee any return on your bets or wagers.

10Privacy and Data Protection

xx399 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at xx399.io/privacy-policy and forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

xx399 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.

11Responsible Gaming

xx399 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that the member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other members.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from your use of the xx399 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, and you agree to submit to such jurisdiction for the resolution of any claim.
